At Lucky Dog Pet Service, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide reliable, flexible care for your pets while respecting the time and commitment of our team.
To ensure we can continue to offer excellent service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our cancellation policy:

Overnight Pet Sitting Policy & Terms
At Lucky Dog Pet Service, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and loving care for your pets while you are away. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, as well as to protect the time reserved by our sitters, we have established the following policy for overnight pet sitting reservations:

Overnight Pet Sitting Cancellations
If you need to cancel your overnight pet-sitting booking for any reason, you understand that your 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy helps us fairly compensate our sitters for the time they’ve set aside to care for your pets, as well as for having to turn down other overnight pet sitting requests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Client Responsibility
I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my pet(s) is/are attending walks, pet sitting and under the care of Lucky Dog Pet Service.
I also understand and agree that in releasing my pet(s) in Lucky Dog Pet Service care, Lucky Dog Pet Service has relied on my representation that my pet(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog.
I further understand that due to the way that dogs interact with one another, minor cuts and scratches can occur even though the dogs are carefully supervised at all times.
While my pet(s) is/are in the care and custody of Lucky Dog Pet Service, if I am unreachable in the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Lucky Dog Pet Service, to seek immediate veterinary care for my pet. I understand that all costs in connection with, veterinary, medical or other treatment shall be my responsibility.
I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless, Lucky Dog Pet Service and its employees from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage of any kind, or for any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage which I or my pet(s) may sustain or which may be caused in any way by my pet(s). I specifically, without limitation, to fully indemnify Lucky Dog Pet Service for any and all such liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, injury or damage.
I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth herein and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms, conditions, and statements of this agreement and confirm the truthfulness of the contents of the application form completed by me.
Although we carefully screen all applicants, occasionally we discover that this is not an appropriate service for every pet. Lucky Dog Pet Service reserves the right to permanently remove a pet from our services at any time.
Clients are responsible for confirming dates, times, and details of care prior to submitting payment.
Any changes after booking will be treated as a new reservation and subject to availability.
By booking with Lucky Dog Pet Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions.
